Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears dull white sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed halberd, just in case. His white hair is singed and shortened. His green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. The war was a terrible time for him, and William does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When William reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is a great chef.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
