Personality: Jacoba speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
