Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his sai with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. With a patchy auburn beard and wild auburn hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

He keeps his golden hair in a flapper bob. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Ralf speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ralf grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Description: She is in excellent shape and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is greedy.
