Description: She stands about 5'7" and is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Mayor. Her right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. She has shaved her head bald. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Agnes was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'4" and is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, yellow shirt, and grey tie. He has wavy golden hair. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 86. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Charles was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Charles's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and balancing his hectic life and new engraver responsibilities is difficult

His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Shane was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.
