Personality: Avelina is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and doesn't want to be a beggar and was forced into it by her family

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Griselda is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A gifted student she started as a Ploughman, but she got bored and became a Shipwright. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Diggory was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
