Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. His silver hair is singed and shortened. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Bookbinder. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. She carries with her a set of crossbows, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She has slicked back black hair. Her brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Servant profession.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her childhood dream was to be a Servant, but she was a colossal failure. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cecily fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: He wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants, and he perpetually has his falchion ready. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Norman took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up falchion and armor he uses now. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
