History: Melissa was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has worked as a Laborer like her mother before her.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born to a Sculptor, his father struggled to pay the bills. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and wants to work out more often

History: Hugolina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Server. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
