History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. She keeps her silver hair in a flapper bob. Her brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Born to a Sculptor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eloise grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eloise. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Seeks redemption.

History: Melissa lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tanner and was forced into it by her family; and to reunite with her absent mother

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many violet ritualistic tattoos. He wears skinny pants and wears a black and violet robe with the hood down. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Drogo was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to protect his home
