Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in the east to a Masseuse, Chad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hugolina embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and an old rival family wants her found

She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born into a rich family. Yvonne was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Herbalist. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
