Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He sports blue clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His hair is black and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: Bertram was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Bertram was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mayor. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is greedy

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is wearing a long, black cloak. She has dyed her greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Ruler business.
History: Emma was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Emma was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around her ears. Her blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: She was raised in a forest tribe. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Hadwisa was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She bought a whip and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. Her blonde hair is thinning but still full. Her violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
