Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a brown vest and prefers white and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a falchion on his belt. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Ernest was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair is long and red with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Everard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to reunite with his absent father
