History: Born in the west to a Guard, Millicent learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a barrister and was forced into it by his family
