She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Beggar business.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. When Anne reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions.
