History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Jane was born on a far southern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Marshal. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Jane was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and to reunite with her absent mother

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Ermina was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Ermina abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
