Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, brown shirt, and violet tie. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Frederick is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Through the years after Frederick was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: Anne was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. She became a Detective soon after.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Bellfounder job and began his own company from there.
