Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Jacoba speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. After a long history of fighting, Jacoba and her spouse have recently divorced.
