History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Ralf enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
