Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. The war was a terrible time for her, and Cecily does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Through the years after Cecily was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Cecily's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
