Outside of the suit he wears a green vest and prefers grey and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His white hair is long and unkept. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Justin was born the youngest of three triplets. Justin was a troubled youth.
