History: Alex hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he wants revenge against illithids

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is a great chef.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Agatha took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mercenary born in the past three hundred years. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Dean lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mercenary for the past few years.
