Description: She is an average looking southern female in her early mid-life. She dresses well, wearing pastel shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. She has done her best to style her chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. She has blue eyes and a pastel hat with a brown feather.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Avice is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Avice was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a tan tunic with brown highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around his shoes. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Gilbert is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He is renowned for his bright yellow suits and hats. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His gray eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: She wears a fancy grey dress. She carries a battered sickle and tarnished falchion as well. Her tied-back hair is golden. Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.
History: Ermina was born with her mother's beautiful face. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Now she works as a singing tutor during her time off.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and an old rival family wants her found
