History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Charles reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has worked as a Seamstress like his father before him.

History: Born to a Hunter, his father struggled to pay the bills. His childhood dream was to be a Hunter, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a tight fitting blue shirt and pants. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. He is baby faced.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now mingles about in high society.
