Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Ermina was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and balancing his hectic life and new hunter responsibilities is difficult

History: Susannah was born the youngest of three triplets. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
