History: Raymond was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Jeweler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Jeweler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a Banker first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Gardener profession.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student he started as a Gardener, but he got bored and became a Banker. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
