Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theobald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theobald. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

The war was a terrible time for her, and Vicky does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her golden hair is lengthy. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born to a Bookbinder, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ralf's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Painter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
