History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Roland was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He has a long golden beard with little hanging trinkets. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and wants to work out more often
