History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.
