Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. She keeps her black hair in a pixie cut. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his blue robe. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. He has hazel eyes and a brown hat with a blue feather.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Bertram was born the youngest of three triplets. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mason work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mason work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mason for the past few years.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it and is in decent physical shape. His chestnut hair is greasy and uncared for. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Don was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. She has shaved her head bald. Her violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Millicent was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Millicent's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she's looking for her big break
