Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Cory is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Cory never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now mingles about in high society.
