History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Hugh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Roland speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: The child of a Mason, who enjoyed hunting, Roland was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has worked as a Cook like his father before him.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sailor.
