Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Manfred grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Manfred. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
