History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Jacoba alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
