History: Helen was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. Her first spouse was a Glassblower, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and she wants to get laid

Personality: Diggory is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: This man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on his right hand. He has styled his red hair well, parting it to the right. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Miner. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and someone believes him a fraud
