History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fletcher. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.
