Description: An older woman who very much looks the part of a Marshal, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is silver and very short. Her eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: Joan is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the east. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
