Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a blue coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon his head. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Geoffrey was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Geoffrey decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.
