History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born into a rich family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is greedy

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. Her silver hair is thinning but still full. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Ella hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ella was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has never given up on her writing dream.
