Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Richard was born the youngest of three triplets. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
