History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Born in the west to a Navigator, Hubert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
