He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Ralf has worked very hard to control his curse. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Ralf never married again.
