History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. A true patriot, Rohesia would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Rohesia was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rohesia decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
