History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. The war was a terrible time for her, and Heather does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When Heather reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. She worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.
