Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Mary's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her first spouse was a Gardener, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
