History: Gerald hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Jeweler.

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 4'10". She wears a worn and beaten armor, and her gloved hand is found clutching a bastard sword. She has wavy red hair. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and to be a bricklayer again

Description: This man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his left hand. His red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Manfred speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he has money and likes to spend it
