Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Charles was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student he started as a Spy, but he got bored and became a Bounty Hunter. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bounty Hunter for the past few years.
