History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Conrad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Conrad's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Navigator and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
