History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Mayor, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.
