Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Millicent liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week.
