History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Aline was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
