History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Richard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Elizabeth was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Weaver, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
